The towels were old and questionable, making me doubt their cleanliness. Additionally, I encountered a giant cockroach in my room, which made my experience very unpleasant.

Additionally, some amenities felt outdated, with signs of wear such as old towels and minor stains in the room, which detracted from the overall neatness.

The friendly and accommodating staff, especially Dianna, truly made our experience memorable! Our junior suite was comfortable, offering picturesque garden views that added to the tranquility of our stay. The small pool and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxation after a long day exploring.

However, the rocky road leading to the resort made access a bit challenging.
